I won't tell you which of these points I am most familiar with but I am definitely guilty of doing at least 6 of these things at one point or another. Often several at once. And it really works, I do recommend it if you want to feel miserable (as an artist or anything else for that matter).These 10 non-commandments are taken out of Keri Smith's genius little Artists's Survival Kit.
